Leadership + Surf Coaching

Women on Boards blends leadership and surf coaching to translate valuable lessons from board sports to the board room.

What can I expect in a Board Meeting?

Each session you book with me is called a board meeting. 

Board meetings last up to 3 hours (1.5 hr lesson + 1.5 hr executive session). 

Lessons may be in-water or photographed/recorded from shore.

Executive sessions include surf theory, photo/video analysis,  leadership exercises, and networking opportunities.

You may book individual sessions, or board member packages of 3x or 5x board meetings. We will discuss pricing and determine which is best for your specific goals and skill level during our initial consultation call.
